Retail Analyst

As a Retail Analyst you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team who are on the leading edge of developing the science of retail traffic analysis.

 

Using proprietary systems and techniques you will analyze retail traffic and sales data, find the critical performance insights and then produce store-level and head office reports that help leading retailers like Golf Town, Sears, Home Depot, London Drugs as well as many other retailers measure results and drive performance in their stores.

 

The Retail Analyst role will also entail direct interaction with the retailer at multiple levels of the organization. Briefing stakeholders on reporting elements, sharing insights and assisting in the day-to-day application of the analysis will all be part of the interaction with the client.

 

Specific work experience is not required as we will provide all necessary training; however, retail experience would be a strong asset for the successful applicant.

Required Skills:

 

• Willingness to learn

Proven ability to interact with clients on a one-to-one basis, both in person and electronically

Very strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel

Fascination with extracting practical insights from data

Ability to work in a team environment as a strong team player

Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision

Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task to meet pre-determined deadlines

 

Retail experience would be a strong asset to the position

Experience working with MS Access would be an asset

Client Services Specialist

As Client Services Specialist, you will be involved in broad range of activities including: • Hardware/Software trouble-shooting

• Project Management

• Maintaining client information

• Customer support

• On the job training including: Networking, IT infrastructure and security

 

While the successful candidate will bring solid customer service skills, technical training will be provided and learning on the job is expected. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and service oriented as this position will require direct interaction with clients as the first line of support.

 

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years post secondary education

• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Basic PC knowledge

• A basic knowledge of networking infrastructure

 

Other Requirements:

• Strong customer service attitude

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Fast learner

• Some travel throughout Canada and/or the United States may be required.
